Anmi has performed for years, first singing at the age of seven in the church his father pastored. As a teenager, he toured the Dominican Republic in a christian singing group. He later performed in all Inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, DR.
He is a proud U.S, resident and spends the majority of his time in the United States, unless he is performing on a cruise ship. He has just finished a year on MSC cruise ships and is ready to return to performing, writing and producing at Underdog Studio US.
In 2005, he was chosen to tour the US in the Latin trio group, Voz A Voz. In 2007, the trio was nominated for two Latin Billboard Awards including; Latin Pop Album of The Year, Duo or Group and Latin Pop Album of The Year, New Artist.
After a few years of touring, Anmi returned to the Dominican Republic to sing in Punta Cana and on cruise ships. He met his wife,Teresa, about 9 years ago, and together they opened Underdog Studios.
He has just finished a year on MSC cruise ships and is ready to return to performing stateside, offering DJ service, writing and producing at Underdog Studio US. Anmi and his wife live in Belleville, Illinois. Just a short drive to St. Louis, MO.
